This is the 3rd supplement that I ordered from Lean Nutraceuticals. The first one was for hair and nails and the second was organic milk thistle. I am very pleased with this brand and was pleased to hear they have probiotics (they don't have a huge selection of supplements - they need to get more!).I am very pleased with these probiotics. This was one of the ONLY ones that clearly states 15 strains and 50 billion CFUs of probiotics. Other ones said "the most" but this is the only one that states how many. It's also just one capsule which is nice. It doesn't state when to take them, just to take them once a day.To clear this up, you should take it on an empty stomach. I usually take them when I first wake up or at the end of the day before bed if I forget. I've been taking them for about 1.5 weeks and they are very gentle, I don't notice any gas or bloating like I has from cheaper probiotics. Very gentle on the stomach. So far I'm happy. I have a 30 day supply so I'll update this at the end of the month. I did some research on probiotics and decided that the best place to start was to look at organism count and strain variety as these two characteristics are what really determine how well a probiotic is likely to work for you in providing the widest range of benefits.“Survivability” is another point that a lot of research touches on and I guess is the third important factor when considering a probiotic. If the probiotic isn’t protected from your stomach, POOF the little critters get killed off and you’ve just wasted your money.So… armed with this newly found knowledge I headed here to Amazon and started looking for high count probiotics with at least 10 strains.Long story short, I chose this one because it appears to have about the best count/strain combo on Amazon, and is reasonably priced.I’m now about 2 weeks into the month supply and I have noticed my stomach feels better and I am way less bloated after meals! Plus, it may be coincidence, but there has been quite a bit of stomach flu running through the office and I am happy to report that so far I have been spared!

I've tried several cheaper brands since this one, and NONE have even come close to working as well. Even high price point items fail to deliver what this one does. I highly recommend this product and will keep on using it. I used to suffer from horrible gas and bloating, but not anymore. I've actually lost about twenty pounds of 'waste material' out of my intestines. To begin with, it gives you the "runs" like crazy because it is literally cleaning your intestines of all that bad bacteria and other yukky stuff. Don't give up, realistically, it takes about 60 days to see real, continuous results. You will feel better, more energetic, and more invigorated than you have felt in years. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did!

High hopes for this product but I haven't noticed any change at all so I ordered a different brand product, if I don't notice any changes using the different product I'll possibly give this another chance to change my mind, but no results noticed so far. sorry

I honestly have no idea if these things are doing any good for me. They don't seem to be making anything worse at least. I am wondering if probiotic supplements rely a lot on the "placebo effect". I was using a 25 billion probiotic and decided to test out this one after that bottle had run out. I did notice that the pills in this 50 billion blend smells a bit like vinegar. Not sure why or if it is just this one particular bottle but it is a bit strange. I'm hoping that is not the smell of billions of dead bacteria. What drew me to this particular brand was the price and the amount of strains claimed to be contained per capsule. So far I'm personally under the impression that diet and exercise is far more beneficial to a lot of GI ailments then probiotics are claimed to be. Lastly, I've been keeping this bottle in the fridge as just a precaution to avoid spoiling.

It does the job when I do take it.

I like the product but you need to count the pills my bottle was short capsules .
