Great for the small amounts needed in cheese making! Wish I’d found these sooner! Well made and easy to use. The ring keeps them together and readily available. The oval shape is easy to use and level off.

These very tiny spoons worked well for me
I only needed one of the spoons but I bought the set and I am glad that I did. As the description says, this is for tiny measurements, not large spoons.
