This is much more like it!So, I purchased a Wet Brush for ~$10, and it was "initially" functional, but was obviously very cheaply made (probably cost $1 to manufacture), AND, after just a few months, the plastic tips of the needle metal bristles had worn down, and they were literally scraping my scalp, and it was painful to use (IF they used a plastic that lasted a good amount of time, it would have been fine), i.e. absolute TRASH, and should be avoided!The CONSDAN Boar Bristle Hair Brush was refreshingly the perfect antidote, as it is extremely well crafted, with it's real walnut frame, which should last for years, and comes in a smart travel bag, along with a comb, plus, it only cost a few dollars more, and was absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended!

After purchasing a paddle brush that was plastic with a seam at the handle where the paddle begins, it quickly came apart and was a disaster. This solid wood ONE piece brush is 20X better! WORKS better. QUALITY better. Better VALUE! If it is socially acceptable to give as gifts, I will buy more for Christmas because it arrived THOUGHTFULLY packaged, worthy of a gift! Made in USA and fits ergonomically in hand-BEST HAIR BRUSH!!!

My family is all cursed with curly hair. The good news it is very easy to tell what works and what doesn’t. Anything that adds frizz is a no for me. This brush used normally will make my hair really frizzy and unruly quickly. The bristles are not helpful for detangling. It is not my favorite brush because it is more of a wet brush style bristle that has more give than harder bristled brushes. I am a quicker the better type brusher that doesn’t care as much about breakage and pulling my hair. My daughter prefers this more gentle brush. Unfortunately, it makes her hair frizzy when detangling. I have fond it is a great smoothing brush. When you put the product in, the bristles help tame the stay hair. My daughters hair looks so much neater for school. It has made it where she can style her own hair now. So it really just depends on what you are looking for and your hair style. It is a really nice quality brush and comes with a comb and a hair tie too. I would buy it again for my daughter.

This is a case where the actual product itself looks even better than the product description picture made it out to look. I was surprised when I first received it because I didn't expect it to look as nice as it does. I love the beautiful wood grain of the brush. It is very sleek, smooth and visually appealing. It looks naturalistic and it goes perfectly in my natural minimalistic bedroom near my vanity where I keep it. I thought it was neat that it came with a comb and a velvet like black hair scrunchy, both of which are also high quality looking and feeling. As far as performance is concerned, I couldn't be happier. The bristles make my hair look very shiny. I like to use it as I blow dry my hair because it gives my hair a smooth appearance and creates a lot of volume. It adds a lot of shine to it as well and I don't use anything else other than this style to dry my hair with.Highly recommended.

First off, this is made in China with hardwood grown in the USA. Having said that, it is beautifully crafted and well made. The walnut hardwood finish is nicely done and smooth to the touch. The handle is pretty comfortable to hold. The bristles are a combination of short boar bristles and nylon pins with ball tip. They are pretty decent and a little on the firmer side but works fine to detangle the hair and to stimulate the scalp. It is best suited to thicker hair though.This comes in a canvas bag with a bonus pintail comb and scrunchie. They are packaged in a thick cardboard box such that the bristles on the paddle brush didn't get collapsed. Overall, this is a nice paddle brush. It is comfortable to use and works fine. Beautiful walnut wood while the bristles are on-par with similar brushes. The price seems a little high though. Anyhow, it works fine and gets the job done.

The CONSDAN Wood Hair Brush came well packaged in a secure box and canvas bag. I was immediately struck by how beautifully made this brush is. The wood is very smooth and sturdy. It looks and feels like high quality material. The brush has substance, but it's not too heavy. In fact, it's the perfect weight. The bristles are both short and long. There are long acrylic bristles embedded in shorter boar bristles. The combination makes for a good hair brushing experience. It massages the scalp while grooming and leaving hair soft and stylish.
