Accurate Device and Comfortable to Wear
I'm impressed by this device with the ease of downloading the app and using the app. It is simple to use. It is very similar to the ones used by in professional sleep studies. My doctor was impressed with the report and summary. I use it to see how I am doing with my APAP at night. My wife is on oxygen at night and checks how her levels are doing. It will work good for travel to check at different elevations. This is a great Pulse Oximeter for the money. Glad I made the purchase.

The Emay Sleep O2 Pulse Oximeter is a excellent device and is great for CPAP device users needs.
I received my Sleep O2 Pulse Oximeter a few days ago. It arrived in a special plastic cube that insured no damage during shipping. The instructions included were accurate and concise to get you up and running in a very short time. It is best to charge the oximeter before using, and it came to a full charge in a very short time. In the past I have used a Emay EMO-80 Pulse Oximeter and it used the same app as the new Sleep O2 does. It would be wise if you have also used a EMO-80 device and either had the app installed on your phone for it and deleted it, or have the app on your phone presently, to be aware that your old data from the EMO-80 will be presented to you when syncing the app and phone for the first time. When I installed the Sleep O2 app to my Android phone it apparently recognized the old data and attached it to the newly downloaded app. At that time I was trying to sync my phone with the newly installed app for the first time, which is supposed to set date and time from your phone, and set the app to use this method of date and time tracking going forward. Because data was carried forward it affected the syncing of date and time with incorrect results. I corrected this on my second download from my second nights use of the Sleep O2 device, but first I deleted all the old data from the Sleep 2 app on my phone. I am a CPAP user with obstructive sleep apnea with hypoxia. I have been through a sleep center test and diagnoses. The equipment a sleep center uses is very comber son and does not encourage a good nights sleep while testing. I have been using a Resmed cpap machine and their app to generate a very good report to take with me when visiting my primary and pulmonary doctors. Now I will also be able to take with me, to my doctors a very good oximeter report thanks to Emay. The Sleep O2 is very easy to use and is so light that it should not hinder your sleep. I will use it as reports are needed. The downloading of data to your phone is a simple process and the display will let you know after a very few seconds that the download has completed. The SleepO2 is a excellent choice for tracking O2 and pulse over longer periods of time and Emay support is the best. I have found only two minor things that might improve the user experience. 1. The tiny power button on the face of the wrist unit is black in color and is the same color as the face of the screen that it is in the center of. It can be difficult to see in low light or with out your eye glasses on. 2. The USB cable that is plugged into the wrist device has a extended male end plug that is longer than other similar USB cables, and could be considered proprietary. I tried another cable I had and the metal male plug was not long enough to make contact inside the wrist unit socket. Over all a great choice at a fair price.

My positive experience with this EMAY unit
This is my second overnight oximetry unit and it is very easy to use, seems to be very accurate compared to another oximetry unit, and results in a very nice .pdf report satisfactory to share with my pulmonologist. The price of this unit is less than half of my first similar unit.

Nice unit, more comfortable than rigid clamping SPO2 sensors, great stats reporting
This is an excellent SPO2 sensor. The reports are surprisingly thorough and well done. The cup that holds the sensor to your finger is much more comfortable than rigid units that clamp onto the end, especially if you plan to sleep with it. The small velcro strap to hold it on is a nice extra feature. There are a couple of things I would change. I realize they'd add cost but I think it would increase the value correspondingly. First, add a display that can be activated by a side button. It feels like a watch and I catch myself looking at it for the time. Second, add a way to dim the green LED. It is very bright once the lights go out, although once you get used to it, it makes a nice "flash light" so I don't have to turn on a light to find my way to the bathroom in the dark. Third, add a vibrator or audible alarm that alerts the wearer or others in the room that the oxygen level has fallen below a set limit. And last, replace the cup with a smaller sensor housing that can be held on with velcro. While the rubber cup is much more comfortable than clamping SPO2 units, 7-8 hours of constant minimal pressure can be uncomfortable in the morning. Overall I give it 4.5 stars out of 5

Easy to use, great information
Easy to use, great information. I wanted to get this as my doctor told me that maybe sleeping on my side would be enough to not have to have a CPAP or other corrective measure for moderate sleep apnea. So I wanted to experiment with sleeping on my side and see how I did. I used this several nights and downloaded the data onto the app, printed out the reports, and the reports confirmed my apnea and showed that sleeping on my side did not make much difference! So at least now I know and I have done my homework. The reports also alerted my doctor that my O2 levels really drop at night and I may need supplemental O2. My husband has used this monitor also and it also has merely confirmed the results of his home sleep study. Now I will be loaning this out to friends who are curious about their overnight O2 levels. And I will be doing an overnight sleep titration study as my doctor wants. Thanks for a great little product.

This is a well made simple to use pulse / oxygen recorder if your needing to do overnight checks on these health areas , I used it to check if I have sleep apnia issues and I’m pleased to be able to self test for this , the 8 hour download to the app for reviewing minute by minute is excellent health history to keep if you need to show a doctor in the future , highly recommend this product

What a great product I have purchased two cheaper different brands in the past year and both failed . I am so pleased with the performance, quality, and it is so easy to use. The accuracy of the oximeter is excellent and easy to print out and store the data. I have COPD and my respiratory nurse was extremely impressed with the results and accuracy of it . I can honestly say that I would recommend this Oximeter . Phil in Somerset

Bought for my wife to monitor oxygen levels during sleep. She has been diagnosed with sleep apnea and the cpap doesn't monitor oxygen levels. The app is great and gives lots of information and printable reports. It does come with a tiny velcro finger strap to keep the finger monitor in place but 5mm micropore works better. Had a query about something on the app and emailed customer services and got a reply back quickly. I was a bit apprehensive as its cheaper than lot of the overnight monitors but really pleased and reading's appear to be accurate as have compared with a medical one.

Having got OSA and use a CPAP machine I like to check, periodiacally, how well my treatment works. I have tried to use a simple finger tester, which is OK for an instant reading. But, I wanted to do over night tests. I have used a professional tester from the hospital, but understand they were very expensive. Consequently, I was delighted to find this EMAY recording pulse oximeter, which is easy to use, comfortable and didn't cost a fortune. this Pulse Oximeter is great for over-night use.

I bought this for my partner for Christmas as he suffers with sleep apnea and has terrible sleep. It was well worth the money! Thanks to this watch he's been able to see when his body has low oxygen levels and see how this effects his heart rate. He can tell when he's had a bad nights sleep and how it impacts his day. He likes the daily report and overall it's helped him understand his sleep much better. He's under health physicians already to help diagnose the cause of the sleep apnea. But I believe this watch has helped him become more mindful of his daily lifestyle habits and what he needs to change. Overall a great bit of equipment, and good customer service.
