This Makdous is excellent in the way it tastes and in the way the eggplants were prepared. The stuffing and flavoring met all expectations. I only wish that olive oil is used rather than sunflower oil. I recommend it to both people who are familiar with Makdous and to people who would enjoy a new culinary experience.
