These letters are exact duplicates of the OEM letters (size and shape). I chose matte black. They come on a paper strip. They are metal - OEM is cheap plastic. Use a low setting heat gun or hair dryer to warm up the letter on the car and then take dental floss and floss behind the letter sawing back and forth - OEM letter will come off. You can then peel off the remaining adhesive on the car. There will be an outline from the previous letter. Line up the new letter and press. I applied a bit of heat as well - looks professional and like original lettering. Easy upgrade - you can do it.

Used these to replace the silver plastic default lettering on my countryman. Pretty easy to install once the old letters were removed. These are metal instead of plastic so they have a nicer feel and nicer overall look.
