Bad quality control.
Received incomplete. Please improve your quality control operation. You should be inspecting the product before packing and putting up the shelves prior to the Picker to pick and send it out for delivery. This is an absolute waste of time and caused so much frustration. The nose is missing in the box. My husband tried to install it but it is so difficult to put the fitting. I don't recommend this product for others especially those who will want to diy. My husband is a handyman had installed bathroom's faucet, jacuzzis and kitchen faucets for many times for several years of experience as a General Contractor. But this item he had a difficulty and he didn't pursue it.

Very good deal, Looks expensive for a Great price!!!
** Love our new faucet, been wanting one like this for a long time but other places I saw them are mostly over $100+ for a good one. This comes with a soap dispenser too which we love b/c we wash our hands a-lot in there, Very handy. The streams are good, it has one that is a normal soft stream, then the other is a sprayer kind, it hits kinda hard but works good for filling a sink or getting pans cleaned off good, and that the sprayer hose pulls out is a huge help too even though I'm still trying to get used to that too its soo helpful!! :-)** We had a little trouble when installing, I'm sure everyone didn't have this problem & I'm sure some would prob laugh about it but if you've never had a faucet like this you may not know either, so I'm going to add this, in case it helps someone else looking for information on it... but everything went good till we got it on the sink and installed good, I moved the little handle lever (on/off) straight forward - front and back and couldn't figure out why the water wouldn't come on and couldn't find the information on the paper about it if it didn't work, but finally figured out instead of moving it front and back, you Easily Push to the right side THEN front and back! Haha It was something so simple that I didn't know it did that but glad we figured it out because I first thought it didn't work. But We all just LOVE the new faucet, been using it daily for a month now. highly recommend!!! I'd give 10 Stars if I could !!!

Plenty stylish. Less so with respect to function.
A nice looking faucet that I wanted to like, but disappointed when it came to function.Specifically:• the hot/cold mixing valve borders on binary (hot or cold, the warm range is narrow and challenging to find)• the hot/cold mixing valve varies according to water output levels (water pressure)• the handle controlling water output is unreasonably stiff• the stiff handle results in difficult to modulate water output levels and temperature.• it's noisy when water output levels are reducedIf none of the above (what I consider negatives) are a bother to you, then go for it.It's a well finished stainless faucet with quirks that, for me, do not justify the $70 price tag--and the faucet it replaced had none of.Also, the base plate supplied for three hole sinks is not perfectly symmetrical from right to left. The asymmetry is minor, and not likely to be noticed by anyone other than the person who did the installation. But it's there, and am not sure why. . . ?

kitchen faucet
It's sturdy, and attractive. The spray patterns are easy to use. Installing was easier than I anticipated. No kitchen sink plumbing is a breeze, but taking the old one off was harder than putting this on, so it can be a do-it-yourself replacement. My only concerns are , I wish the head snapped in the arm more secure. When turning the water off, it drops out maybe a quarter inch each time and I need to push it back up. And, the hot-cold settings are really sensitive. It takes alot of tiny moves as you seek out a medium warm. But for the price, those are tiny concerns. I'd buy it again..
