Purchased for my sons
They weight lift at school and after school. Needed a kick. I was worried about the dangers of it but it seemed safe and the reviews online said it was. THey just needed to be...infrequent. Here is there review: After 3 months of use, the pre itself is good but the crash for one boy was hard and the other said it wasn't that bad. If you take it on an empty stomach it's pretty harsh and the crash was worse. They did like the boost it gave them though. The flavor was ok too. They gave it 4 our of 5 stars.

Solid pre
Cycled back to Total War after a year, used to be my favorite / go to. The pre gives you a boost for sure but the “new formula” for me has a couple down sides. The first was the taste. It now has the residual taste of Alka-Seltzer to me. The second is a more significant crash. Still a great product but curious about “new formula” changes.

Pretty good
I purchased blue raspberry. The flavor is palatable, however I feel the BioPerine is a touch overbearing. I have a sensitive taste palate though. But, it works well. It also mixes really well. I don’t crash after my workouts. So that’s an A in my book!

Clumpy
This particular package / powder came solid / clumpy. I have to chisel it apart to loosen the powder. The product itself I like a lot is quite effective when taken before workout. This batch I received was questionable though.I miss the 50 serving size container but I guess it's discontinued. I will probably buy again as I hope this batch was just a fluke.

Taste was awful, worked well enough as an energy booster
Everybody has different taste buds but I've gotten through half of this blue raz flavor and the taste is absolutely terrible. It works well enough as a pre-workout and I will be buying Redcon1 Total War in the future but most definitely will be a different flavor.
