Good speaker in budget. Deep base sound. Built quality is good and strong. Loud enough for a small hall. Battery life is decent (I switch off the lights). Looks stylish. The equaliser control given here is not of much use. While switching on, the welcome sound is too loud.

This is, without any doubt, the worst product purchase I have ever made in my life. I am beyond frustrated and angry with both the speaker and the company that sold it to me. I spent a significant amount of money expecting a premium product, but what I received was nothing short of a complete disaster. To begin with, the moment I received the package, I already had a bad feeling. The packaging was careless and poorly done, which is completely unacceptable for such an expensive electronic item. There was barely any proper protection inside the box, and it looked like the product had been handled roughly or even returned by someone else. For a costly speaker, this level of negligence is shocking. But the real nightmare started when I actually opened the box and tried to use the speaker. The condition of the product was already questionable, with visible scratches and signs of poor handling. It did not look like a brand-new item at all. It felt like I had been sent a used or defective piece and charged full price for it. When I turned it on, I immediately realized something was seriously wrong. The sound quality was absolutely horrible. Instead of clear and powerful audio, the speaker produced distorted, crackling noise that made it impossible to listen to anything. At times, the sound would completely break or cut out. This is not a “minor issue” — the speaker is completely unusable. I tried everything possible from my side to make sure the problem wasn’t due to my devices. I connected it to multiple phones and audio sources, adjusted settings, and followed all basic troubleshooting steps. The result was the same every single time. The speaker is clearly defective, and there is no excuse for a product like this to be sold, especially at such a high price. What makes this even worse is that the company has absolutely no sense of responsibility. Their quality control is clearly a joke if such a broken product can be shipped to a customer. It shows that they either don’t check their products at all or simply don’t care about what they are sending out. However, the most frustrating and infuriating part of this entire experience was the customer service. They kept asking the same repetitive questions again and again, as if they were trying to waste my time instead of solving the issue. I provided all the proof they asked for, including clear photos and videos showing that the speaker was faulty. I followed every instruction they gave, even though it was obvious that the product itself was defective. Despite all this, they refused to exchange the product. This is completely unacceptable. How can a company deny a replacement for a clearly broken item? Their excuse that the product “passed quality checks” is laughable and insulting. If this is what they call “quality,” then their standards are unbelievably low. It honestly feels like they are intentionally trying to avoid helping customers. Instead of taking responsibility, they shift the blame and make the process as difficult as possible so that the customer eventually gives up. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The response time was also terrible. Every interaction with customer support involved long waiting periods, and when they finally replied, their answers were generic and unhelpful. It was clear that they were not interested in resolving the issue at all. Another major problem is the misleading product description. The speaker was advertised as high-quality, durable, and capable of delivering excellent sound. In reality, it fails on every single one of those claims. The sound is broken, the build quality is poor, and the overall experience is pathetic. This is nothing but false advertising. I feel completely cheated. Paying such a high price for a product that doesn’t even work properly is extremely frustrating. It’s not just about the money — it’s about the complete lack of honesty and accountability from the seller. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. ⭐ Product Review – Zebronics Feast 500 BT Speaker I recently bought the Zebronics Feast 500 BT Speaker, and here’s my honest experience: 🔊 Sound & Bass: This speaker is an absolute beast when it comes to loudness and thumping bass. The bass is so powerful that words can’t describe it – YOU LISTEN, YOU LOVE! 🎶 Vocals and instrumental music are crystal clear, but the BASS is the real showstopper. If you’re a bass lover, this speaker won’t disappoint. 🔋 Battery Performance: It charges only with a 5V 2A charger (not less, not more). I tried with a Samsung 5V 1A charger – no luck. But with my Realme 33W charger (which gives 5V 2A), it charged perfectly. On full charge, if you play music at 50% or above volume, one LED goes off after 15–30 mins. After about 2 hours of continuous playback at the same volume, another LED goes off. The last 2 LEDs actually hold power very well and give around 3–4 hours backup even at half or full volume. Overall, battery backup is good considering the powerful output. ⚡ Build & Charging: Works only on proper 5V 2A charging input. That’s a limitation, but once you know it, charging is smooth. ❌ Service Experience: The biggest drawback is Zebronics service and after-sales support. If you face an issue, they don’t help directly with return/replacement and simply ask you to go to a service centre. Even Amazon refused to replace unless I brought a Denial Letter from the service centre. Best Bluetooth speaker I’ve bought on Amazon so far! The sound is super clear — not too loud, but the bass is really impressive. The battery lasts almost 8 hours on a single charge (at 50% volume with the lights off). The build quality feels solid and premium, and it’s easy to carry around with the strap (purchased separately) . Totally worth the money! 🔥

At this price point the box is good. It's base is too high but tribble is not good. And use after 6 to 7 months is battery drain is too high.

Great sound. Reasonably priced. But, One major drawback, you cannot play it on power supply mode. It always needs to be charged first and sound plays from inbuilt battery only, so playing sound and connecting to a charging point does not charge the batteries nor does it switch to power supply mode. The batteries drain out and then you are forced to switch off the speaker and only then does the charging work. Also, another annoying feature is the extremely loud voice announcement when turning ON/OFF, connecting to Bluetooth, low power level, no way to mute or disable this. I would suggest go for another speaker which does not have these pain points
