They are sturdy, seal well, and are reasonably priced. I am sure to get a lot of good use out of these.PROS:** great value** well-made, high quality** tight seal!** nesting design is convenient for storageCONS:** container lid snaps do not allow containers to be placed right next to each other- all of the containers are about the same height, too- stronger seal from snaps outweighs the inconvenienceWATER TEST:I performed an undoubtedly objective and scientific experiment I am calling the "water test". If you are not already doing this with your containers as soon as you buy them, you should really start. It is pretty basic. I poured water in each container, then sealed them. I then flipped them upside down and shook them. Then I placed one as a representative upside down on a piece of tissue paper for a few hours. NONE of them leaked!COMPARISON:(see picture) I compared one of the bowls to Pyrex and Anchor Hocking glass containers of identical size. The 1790 container is thinner and lighter than the Pyrex and Anchor ones.Whether or not this is a good thing is subjective. Thinner glass would make me concerned that it might break if it drops on grass from 3 feet up (I have actually had a water bottle break from that). Thinner glass could be nice, however, because it is not as heavy for carrying.THE BOTTOM LINE:These are very nice and will clearly last a long time. Are they the best ever made? Maybe not, I'm not rich enough to tell you. Are they very nice and a great value? Absolutely. I highly recommend and expect to get many years of good use out of these. Good luck, and happy shopping! The media could not be loaded. Fantastic glass storage containers that can be used for many different things! Tired of those plastic containers that make your food taste like plastic? Then worry no more. These containers will solve that problem entirely.. You want to store your food in here and take it to work, school, a picnic? Well you can with these, and what is great about the containers are that they are spill proof. Check the uploaded video to see what i'm talking about. These containers close air tight, unlike many plastic containers, where the tops pop off, or the liquid leaks through.Also note that these can be used in the oven, freezer and microwave, and if you have a dishwasher, you can throw em in there to have em cleaned as they are dishwasher safe.These containers are very beautiful. The glass is nice and smooth and the lids are very sturdy. I have attached photos so you can see how beautiful they are. I will be using this set almost everyday, so now i can get rid of those horrid plastic containers i have that also smell after storing food in them haha. I must also add that the price is perfect because if you bought glass pieces (without lids) each one would be pretty expensive and altogether would go easily past $60. This is a great deal.

UPDATE: 7/26/18Received a new shipment of containers. These new ones are fantastic and work perfectly as expected. The seal is even better in this new set than the old one. The only strange thing I can say is the first original set I received seem very different from the new set. It seems that they are two completely different styles of containers from each other. The first set had different color of seals and the lid loosely sat on top of the bowl. You had to perfectly line up the lids in order to snap them closed. The new set has a little lip on the lid that makes it line up with the bowl perfectly. So the new set I received is 100 times better compared to the old ones. Hopefully if you order these bowls, you get lids that have a good seal and line up properly. However, if you have any issues with the bowls you get, their customer service is fantastic and definitely work to right any issues that you have.UPDATE 7/12/18Moving the review up to 2 stars. Customer service contacted me and they're sending out a replacement by 7/14/18. I'll test the new set and see how things go. Once I've tested the new units, I'll put another update into this review. I will say that their customer service is excellent in communicating and they're working to resolve this issue.These are garbage. Seals came off and stuck to the glass on every single container. One of them actually broke when I tried to take the seal off the glass part

I love glass food storage dishes instead of plastic and these are great. They are substantial and have really good, well rounded edges. I gave them four stars because the tops only fit one way and it would be good to have a small mark on them to designate the upper right hand corner for instance. Perhaps a small dot or the letters UR so that we wouldn't have to be trying different ways to make the lids fit better. Once you find the right way to cover the dish, it's great.

I bought this to replace the ever increasing pile of ratty and mismatched plastic "tupperware" and the like I had infesting valueable cabinet space in my smaller kitchen. They are amazing! Perfect sizes for almost anything, lids are air/water tight and strong, and you can cook, serve, and store all in the same dish! I also love how the glass doesn't leach PCB and other toxins into your food when heated or stored for long periods. They also take up very little space when stacked and feel very durable. My fav kitchen addition in a long time, plus the price was super cheap in my opinion for the product. I would highly recommend and I rarely review anything let alone kitchen storage glassware!

Very easy to clean, no leaking, as far as durability it is a question that can't be answered, in a week of use.

Glass of poor quality. They chip very easiliy and if you do not pay attention the shards will end up in your food.
