My mother was in love with this it was one of her birthday gifts along with a Singer sewing machine

I love having a small container with compartments i can see into for alot of my sewing tools and supplies. It has made a world of difference in my room being a mostly clutter free space (crafters and sewing folks, you know what I mean!) or a crafty version of a hoarders house. LOL It feels a little flimsy but it is plastic and you can choose between lightweight and flimsy feeling or too heavy and sturdy. With care and gentle handling, this will last a long time. The only thing that is awkward is needing to lift up the main panel to access the side panels. It is done to secure the box but it is still a little awkward. Would recommend for anyone with new sewing folks in their life.

I like it but don’t love it. It needs to be twice as big Since it’s not, I’ll need to buy a companion for it. At this price I’d expect more. Yet, if you don’t see much it’ll do. I like how the thread is arranged on the top and all the compartments. But they are too small to put much into.

I'm not a big sewer, I don't make clothes. I just really need a good set of supplies for tailoring or embellishing what I have. Now that Joanne has gone out of business it's impossible to find just the basics like thread and buttons. So this kit is great it has a lot of good things provided but it's also got a good organization for this stuff I already have. So I have a good place to store my buttons or beads. Especially the spare buttons that come with a coat for example. It's definitely worth the money it's easier to find your stuff than digging through a sewing basket.

This replaced a former plastic sewing box. It’s a great size, attractive, and contains ALL the basic pieces for me to keep up with my mending & craft projects

got this as a present for my mom's bday who enjoys sewing. she loved that there are compartments and there are multiple colorful yarns included and this will help her stay organized with the other accessories for her sewing. will but again for me and my daughter when I start teaching her sewing.

OK, so you've read all the bad points so I won't amplify them. However, this is an excellent foundation for would be machinists or hobbyists alike. The items may not be of the best quality, but they are also far from the worst and it allows you to nurture the kit to your own liking as your skill progresses and you decide what is the best way to go. You need a starting foundation and you can't really go wrong with this
