Hornady Lock N Load Die Bushings and Conversion Kit

These bushings work fantastic for reloading. I have RCBS gear and I put the main mount into the press, and I use all these bushings for my dies. So it's just a quick change. It's a neat system. Good price, highly recommended.

Just as expected locks in good with not play. I seen some made by another place but I just didn’t want to take the chance on them not locking in good and not being able to stay consistent

Converted my RCBS Rock Chucker over to this system. Yes, converting to these bushings is expensive at $12-$20 (3-5 dies) per caliber, but they reduce the time needed to swap dies from a couple of minutes to a couple of SECONDS. It makes your standard single-stage easier to use than a turret press. Example: I'm adjusting to seat a new bullet, and go too deep. Three seconds to pop off the seater and pop in the collet-type bullet puller. Five seconds to pull the bullet back out a little, and three more seconds to pop in the seater again, ready to adjust. The cartridge stays in place throughout. I'm a precision shooter, and I was worried about repeatability. Well, my overall lengths all hold within a thousandth when my seating dies are in these bushings, thanks to the genius way the o-rings take up the slack (but you should check periodically make sure your die doesn't back out). Why did I wait so long?

I love the lock load die bushing and every aspect of the hornady line. So I’d give the die bushings 6 out of 5 stars if I could. If you’ve never used the L&L system, it makes a single stage have about the same speed and convenience of a turret press without all of the complicated moving parts. What I ordered was a 10 pack of the die bushings plus a conversion kit for other presses. All I got was a 10 pack of bushings, no converter. I don’t really care because all I needed was the bushings, but someone ordering this because they also need the converter will be very disappointed.

Sehr präzise gebaut!! Super! Mache meine Munition seit einiger Zeit damit und bin begeistert. Egal ob Berger oder Hornady Geschosse schaffe ich damit eine Abweichung von max 0,02 mm OAL.
