Revell SNAPTITE Build + Play 2015 Mustang GT Model Kit, Red

This was the perfect project for my husband with parkinson's dementia. He has difficulty with small objects and detailed instructions so this was just right. He was able to snap the pieces in place following the pictures and was pleased with the results and it was just difficult enough for him that he got pleasure out of it. He has difficulty with the tabs on 3-d puzzles and the glues with wood projects so this was good for him.

i was pretty dissappointed in how little there was to actually assemble. The car comes basically assembled and then you un assemble it and put it back together again. It only took me and my 3 year old son about 2-3 minutes to complete the car. I know some may find that perfect so just be aware this is not a real "project" car assembly. Also the finish on it is a high gloss red and its really not paintable, you can paint it but its tough to get the paint to stick, I do realize they dont claim for it to be paintable. I would suggest getting a model that is a bit more involved than this one if buying a model car be sure to read the age/difficulty level. Otherwise quality is good and deatails of the car are fine.

This is a review for the 2015 red Mustang GT kit. The kit has very few pieces and would be suitable for a younger child. My son is 11 and found this one disappointingly easy to assemble. The tires squeak when the car is rolled.

I bought this for my husband to assist in his rehab from a stroke. He loves Mustangs and really enjoyed it. His dexterity is not good enough for old school models, so this was a perfect compromise & not frustrating for him.

My son loved this but it was too easy to put together . Its solid enough to play with lightly but watch out for your crowds of Lego people as it tends to drive straight towards them!

My son and I love level 1 SnapTite models, including this one. They are easy to build, look much more realistic than Legos, and don't break easily when you play with them. They also fits pretty well, unlike some other (level 2+) snaptites that are actually re-packaged older models.

Very easy to build. My 6 year old had it together in about 10 or 15 minutes with little to no help from me. Holds itself together with moderate play, but some of the pieces in the grille area tend to fall off so a touch of glue was needed.

This is how the model car showed up,it was in a bubble manila envelope. I do not know if any parts are broken,I haven't looked. Looks like someone sat on the package.Gonna be hard to wrap to give this to my 8 year old grandson.
