How easy is the tank to empty?

It's a chore. The front bottom panel has to be pulled off to access the collection tray. The panel is plastic with tongues that slot into holes, and not very robust; this won't wear well. Then the collection tray has to be pulled out, but as it's so close to the floor and you're bending over at an angle, it's a bit of a struggle. A collection tray located at the bottom is a very poor design feature.
