I've been taking this form of Vitamin C for years. I like the chewable form better than the others. The taste is like orange juice, but without the sugar.

After developing difficulties with swallowing Vitamin C tablets, I looked for a chewable kind. Ascorbic Acid has a naturally sour taste, but this product masks that with its orange flavor. I have found that it is best taken with food at dinner time.

Luv the large bottle. Luv the taste. I monitor my macro and some vitamin intake; if I do not get enough Vit C in my diet, I get to chew one of these as a treat. They will break down in hot, humid weather, so I keep mine in the fridge.
