Cheap anchor bolts.
The railing was not of a bad design. My only issue is the anchor bolts that came with the railing was of a cheap quality. Their tensile strength, for an anchor bolt was not up to par. Two of them broke off under pressure from my socket set and not an impact wrench. I ended up purchasing anchor bolts from HD and they worked just fine. Had to drill out the other ones first, so that just added to the frustration of the install.

Good
Used these indoors to reach the stage at Church. For that purpose they are excellent!Use your own discretion, but these appear to be a little lackluster for outdoor use and not sure they will stand against the elements.

Nice but...
We like it. It's sturdy and attractive, but... IF you're anchoring in cement the enclosed anchors (2nd picture) are 11mm and I couldn't find an 11mm drill bit. I bought other anchors, as shown in 3rd picture. They're 3/8" wide and I bought a 3/8" masonry drill bit. Drilling 8 holes into precast steps required that I use a hammer drill. Be careful to line up all eight drilled holes because the alignment of the railing requires very straight posts. Also, the only aluminum is the handrail. The posts and middle brace are steel, so I assume they'll be prone to rust. There are no written directions only a picture (4th picture).
