What size is the paste ? how many ml or oz ?

The medium to large dogs is 30 ml paste. 21-50 lb dogs get 2-3mls two to three times a day times a day and dogs 50lbs and larger get 3-5 mls two to three times a day for 48 - 72 hours. This product really works great. Also you can feed white rice by itself or with a little chicken broth, for diarrhea and/or vomiting. Plain non fat yogurt can help with constipation and diarrhea. Goats milk will give nutrients at the same giving fluid. You can buy it in powder form made for humans or already made. The pet formula by answers (which you can only buy at very few pet shops and is frozen) will give you oz. amounts. This information is from vet I was a vet tech for many years. I repeated this information all the time .Never ever give real dairy milk. I just gave the extra information hoping it will be helpful to you.

Do I need to store the tube in the fridge after I open it?

The probiotic bacteria in Proviable products are protected to ensure viability with storage at room temperature, not to exceed 77 degrees F, for two years. The expiration dates are found on the packaging. If there is concern about storage at temperatures above 77 degrees F, Proviable products can be stored in the refrigerator as long as they are not frozen.

My dog won't eat the paste. Any recommendations for hiding it in food?

My dog would not eat it when I tried squirting it in her mouth. I learned to put it either on my finger or on a spoon, and now she licks it off. I sometimes have to put a dab on her nose or lips, but once she licks that off, she remembers that she likes the paste and willingly licks up the rest.

Is this okay for puppies

Consult a veternarian. There are many reasons---some quite serious---a puppy might have diarrhea. Hie thee to a vet!

Product helps when your dog has loose movements

I’m waiting on a stool sample analysis from the vet for my foster kittens, who have continued to have bad diarrhea despite several rounds of medication. I was getting desperate to see some sort of improvement in their poops in the meantime, and that’s when I landed upon this product. It took about 24 hours after their first dose of the paste (giving them the paste 3x a day), but wow, their poops are a lot better this morning. The true cause of their poop issues is still TBD, but at least their poops are semi-solid now. I’m sharing this product with our rescue because it’s a holy grail when you have tried everything else.

We have a large doodle who has a sensitive tummy as a puppy! I've bought this product 4 times (after buying from my vet once, they said it was the same from Amazon!) over the two years we've had her for occasional loose stools/tummy issues. It works FAST and reliably with firmer stools after 1-2 doses of the paste. She eats it easily on her food or by itself so while it smells a little weird to me, she loves it. WIN WIN. BUY THIS.

I've been pretty happy with this product. The inclusion of prebiotics was a big plus for me and it really helps firm up loose stools. It provides strong digestive support for dogs and also supports their intestinal health. The only things that could do with some improvement are the ease of use and the longevity of the product. Also, it would have been nice if it kicked in a bit faster. All in all, though, it's been a decent purchase.

I was desparte for something to help my dog when she was having diarrhea for 4 days straight. I was nervous she wouldn't like the taste and i would have to force feed this to her but she licked it off a spoon just like she does peanut butter. I was also nervous that she wouln't eat her dog food if i put the pill in it but she did. Now any time my dog shows a hint of digestion issues I give her this stuff and it clears right up. The vet ended up giving me the same exact thing except it was a higher level of probiotics in it. I would buy again
