picture is deceiving, title is correct
this is great rope just be careful what size you buy. The picture displays 3/8 inch rope. the actual product is 3/16th like the title says. It's what i call para-cord, from a cheap para-cord bracelet but it appears real para-cord might be thinner actually. this rope is close to the diameter of a pencil or a drinking straw.

interior is composed of a poor grade of polypropylene as the material has totally disintegrated ...
Lasted approximately one season, interior is composed of a poor grade of polypropylene as the material has totally disintegrated while the exterior covering frayed away. Also noted that if you tie a knot the poundage test rating is no longer valid. Cheaply made in China. Will never purchase this again

Strong, but 3/16" size is not good for rope chain tree trimmer
The 3/16" size came up as recommended to go with the chain tree trimmer. After spending several frustrating hours in the woods I have to disagree. The rope is too thin and flimsy. It curls and wraps itself around every little twig, stick, and leaf in sight. It's also hard to gather into nice big loops without it getting tangled in itself. Every throw results in a tangled mess.If you're looking for a throwing rope, go with a bigger diameter that holds its shape a little better.

Good for Mid-Size Tree Cutting
I have a lot of trees, and every year, a couple have to come down. The bigger ones I leave to the pros, but some - say 50' or so that angle away from the house - I'll take on myself. I used this rope on an oak with 12" diameter trunk to tie it off, and keep it from falling on my fence. It worked, but the tree twisted and hung up on a neighbouring tree. I untied this rope, tied it off nearer the top of the tree, and with the whole family helping, pulled it off the other tree. A couple months later I had a much larger oak (27" diameter) come down in a storm, and it also got hung up. This rope again allowed me to pull it off without a problem. One note, there's far more flex in this synthetic material than in the old school hemp ropes. So if you use it to tie off, be aware that you need to put a lot of tension on and get it fully stretched out, or it won't do you any good!

Material felt cheap
The fabric of the Rope was much more stringy than other rope I was used to. You could push it together and it would spread, unlike the other tight ropes that I was using for coconuts. I would pass on this.

Good rope for most uses - it will stretch a bit
This is good quality rope. Probably better for use as a tie down, instead of uses such as a clothes line. It will stretch, which is either good or bad, depending on what you use it for. I hung a 50 foot section on three supports, one support in the middle, and pulled it up tight to about 30 pounds. I then hung a 20 pound planter in the middle of the two sections and had about 2.5 feet of sag in each section. My old nylon rope had much less sag on the same application. Not a problem, just something to be aware of.

this is not a product I can recommend.
I was unable to clarify the weight this cord was safely able to lift before purchasing, but discovered it can only support 30 pounds. Base on the other products available that can lift 500 plus pounds for the approximately the same cost or less, this is not a product I can recommend.

Camo rope
using the rope for general purposes. Handling it seems that’s it’s make quite well for what it is and for the price.

Good rope for the price
Good rope for the price. Stretches a lot, but I expected that. Very hard to burn the ends to stop from fraying.
