Jury still out, but hopeful they do at least some of what is claimed
I got these on recommendation of my swimming coach. I suffer from heavy fibrosis (internal scarring) in the muscles around the mouth, tongue, neck from radio therapy for throat cancer, which means very stiff neck for swimming and lot of pain in tongue talking and eating. Since taking these, I think there has been some improvement. Definitely less pain talking etc. and neck seems to move a fraction more gradually which never happened before despite attention of many physios. Pain in tongue came back when I ran out. Now on second bottle and seems better again. I am 83 and taking less than full dose. Think there may have been some side effects (low blood pressure); so need to monitor and take care. But I recommend giving it a try for things it is said to help with. (Note: I also use DMSO externally)

I bought this product in recommendation of a 92 year ...
I bought this product in recommendation of a 92 year old relative who had joint pain many years ago. By taking this product, he has no pain and is noes flexible. He is an active and fit 92 year old.I've had back pain and stiffness for a number of years. After 2 weeks my pain has gone, and am more flexible to play sport, etc!

Gute Wirkung!
OptiMSM ist das beste MSM! Schon eine Tablette am Morgen hat mir gegen meine Schleimbeutelentzündungen an der Hüfte und in der Schulter geholfen. Nur diese Marke kann man empfehlen!
