I was so excited at first when I got this product, but after careful examination of all the ingredients, I realized that it contains phenoxyethanol which is a skin irritant and possible toxin. I wish I had not used the product or I would return it. in the future I will be scrutinizing all the ingredients. this ingredient is listed before all the wonderful plant extracts which means it has a higher % of it than those.

I love this product so much that I decided to subscribe to it. I am in my early 60s and live in Colorado where the air can get very dry. The product is creamy and leaves my skin feeling moisturized instead of dry and tight. I also enjoy the pumpkin fragrance, which is not over powering.

I bought this product based on a good rating on the EWG Skin Deep Database, but it turned out to be awful for my skin. I developed dry rough patches on my face after using for 30 plus days. It says it is gentle and hydrating but I found it to be neither. Will be going back to my previous cleanser. I do like the Mychelle sunscreens, but will be steering clear of this cleanser.

Very gentle on sensitive skin. It’s also great for removing eye makeup, as those micellular water tyoe) eye removers don’t work! Don’t allow it o go in the eyes.

Since becoming pregnant, my skin has freaked out - from oily to dry to breaking out horribly. I started to notice once the cold weather began setting in that it was now also becoming red and irritated. I decided to give this a shot and it’s been amazing. My skin feels so soft after using it and all the redness and irritation is gone. My breakouts have lessened too. The cleanser is a light creamy consistency and smells faintly sweet, almost like cookies.

I have sensitive skin so pretty much EVERYTHING irritates my face except this cleanser. I use this face wash with a little silicon scrubby face brush which gives me super clean and silky smooth skin minus any irritation.

Only cleanser that soothes my rashes on eyelids and armpits. Weird i know! But soothing is key for my issues and it costs a fraction of high end skin care and is EWG Verified so it won't irritate skin! Love it!

Hands down my favorite facial product! Phenomenal line, I’ve used several of the MyChelle products and keep coming back to the “gentle cleansing wash, sensitive.” Smell is so gentle, almost reminds me of a cabbage patch doll from the 80’s. I use daily on face and neck and have my teenagers use the same. Vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, cruelty free... Just love it, thank you!!!
