No. This chair lasted less than 2 days at the beach before all of the plastic caps started disappearing. Less than 5 days at the beach and one of the legs broke. I was the only one using it and I take care of all of our beach gear. This chair is hot garbage…and I got it on a “flash sale” for almost half of what people are paying for it now.

No, but my workaround has been to lean back onto just the rear pair of legs. I only weigh 130 pounds, so maybe not a good option for really heavy users. But the frame is strong steel and I've had no problems doing that. Very comfortable!

The frame is steel and aluminum, seat and carrying bag are 500 denier polyester, the mesh back is nylon, and the arm rests are covered in a rubber foam. Carrying weight is 7 pounds.
