Where is this product made?

Nothing about where they are made on the label, and only "HSS #1 -#5 on the tools themselves. But they work great in my lathe or drill press.

For those of us who actually use collets and vertical mills, what is the shank diameter??

The shank diameters are 7/16", 5/16", 4/16", 3/16", and 2/16". The shanks are labeled #5HSS, #4HSS, #3HSS, #2HSS, #1HSS which are totally meaningless to me. No diameters are labeled on the shanks so I had to measure them with a metal ruler. Hope this helps.

Most people use them in drill chuck with morse taper. Replaced your fixed center on your lathe.

For those of us machinest using collets and vertical mills, what is the diameter ?

I used these for a couple classes involving a milling machine and had to use different diameter collets for the different sized bits. It worked well for my purposes, but now they are in storage and I can't say.
