Very poor quality of the product
Used this Glycine long time, even big portions doesn't have any profit. Low dosage for huge price in the market. Avoid this poor quality

Great supplement is basically a multivitamin with B1, B6, B12 and glycine. I like it because these four all work together and aren’t found in this combo in other multivitamins
