These candles look good and they burn well but they seemed small in my taper candle holders.

Really great for the price!
I was weary after I bought these because ppl showed their “black” candles that were ombré brown and covered in drips to one side.I was really happy with the color of these candles. They appear true black except when lit, the very top has a purple hue - I don’t mind.Now for me these were non-drip and I think I know why! These wicks are non coated so I lit them for just a couple seconds and blew them out. Then once the wick cooled it let me move the wick to an upright position which helped one side of the candle not burn faster than the rest.I had this candle lit for around an hour with no dripping at all!Will be purchasing again.

slight color difference from picture
The advertised picture appears a little darker that the purple in the actual product. The color is still a nice true purple. Looks very nice with my tablecloth, placemats, and napkins well.

fun to display, short burn time
I bought these candles for a few Halloween candelabras we put up at our annual party. These were 8" and looked great. The problem was the burn time was very short. These are big drippers, and they burn fast. I got two hours out of them and they were down to the nub and piles of wax on and all around the candelabra. Fun to display, not too functional.
