Large size, material has a grippy almost suede feel. I use these to blow dust off my VR headset lenses. I didn't test for suction b/c I obviously don't want any debris inside it, but I'm sure it's good as well because it's thick around the nozzle.

Recently started using hearing aids so bought this to help with ear wax. Works well. I use in the shower with warm water thus not needing a catch basin.

I was suffering with ear pain, loss of hearing, and balance issues. I thought I had an ear infection. Doctor said he couldn't see my ear drum because of ear wax. I have never had this problem before. I ordered this bulb and am happy I did. I put peroxide in my ear, waited approximately 20 minutes and flushed out ear canal with bulb and warm water. It took several attempts. It cleaned out the ear wax. I can hear again.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish the width of the nozzle was a little bit larger. I use it to suck the snot out of my 1st grader's nose. She has special needs. The ones at the hospital are a bit wider, but this one still works.

My long earred dog has ear problems. I have to clean them weekly. This bulb has helped measurably, because it is very pliable so doesn't poke his already sensitive inner ears with a hard tip. I can tell it helps when he tolerates the care ritual.
