not as pictured - same cheap stuff as all the other sellers
I ordered the washers from this seller because the photograph showed some specific features that I felt would make them more effective and durable including tabs around the edge and the ridge contouring on the washer surface. What I received is just like all the other cheap Chinese stuff you can buy - what I paid for 3 I could have paid and gotten 10.
