The product came spilled out due to an insecure lid. Some of it had dried up, which might affect its shelf life and overall effectiveness.

This has been a game changer for my 4c hair. I use it before every shampoo and my hair is so soft and hydrated after washing. My hair doesn't feel dry and stripped after washing like it used to. It's also so good as a detangler when taking down braids. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with really dry, stripped hair after wash days. Your hair comes out so soft after and easily takes up products after that.

This pre-shampoo treatment has been a game changer for detangling my 4C hair. It has great slip, softens my strands instantly and makes wash day so much easier. I rarely ever leave a review but I felt compelled to let others know about this miracle product. This product has been a game changer for us. My daughter’s hair absolutely LOVES this product. We never leave her hair out as it tangles immediately after brushing. Since finding this product, we are able to leave her hair in the most adorable poufs for up to 2 weeks and still detangle with relative easy before washing. She had twists in for 6 weeks, no problem! She has 4b THICK hair. I can’t say enough about how much this product has done for our wash days.
