Yes, I believe it is. Though I have not used it for anything like 115 lbs, I wouldn’t hesitate.

How much does the 100’ Feet paracord with the carabiner weigh?

Not sure what you are using the paracord for. 100' of the Gear AID 550 is probably only a few ounces. It all depends on the type of carabiner...Is it make of plastic or stainless steel. Are you rock climbing or making bracelets????

Can you clean or machine wash this cord?

Maybe but make sure that the ends are tied or singed otherwise it may unravel. The casing can slide off the internal strands! Personaly i wouldn't wash this in a washing machine. But, it's up to you! Best of luck!
