I need to replant my orchid. Do I need more dirt or can I just use this fertilizer alone?

Never plant an orchid in dirt. Perfect way to kill it. Use some good bark. The fertilizer is to be used weekly.

At what growing stage are you supposed to use this? All the time?

Depends on what type of orchid and the season. During growing season, every 3-4 weeks is a good average. Back off after flowering, as some orchids have a dormant stage

Good for amaryllis ? All bulbs ??

I would use 24-8-16 much like miracle grow
