The small clips that allow the lid to seal and stay on when tipped somehow manage to all break off from normal use. I have no idea how they ALL simultaneously broke off. I think the plastic is really chip and thing where the little clips are and each corner broke off and I've not owned this thing for much more than a week. The blender also does NOT mix well any remotely thick powders. Almost every one of my shakes have had huge amounts of powder stuck to the sides, but maybe I need to clean the insides more to prevent that from happening. Overall pretty unsatisfied and will be returning or replacing, because now the thing leaks out the sides whenever I try to mix, since the clips provided a seal that is no longer there.

I've had this for just over 3 months and it's great I Love it, it mixes my protein shake perfectI have recommended it to many people...I use it 4 times a day, in fact I'm wearing off the outside letters ...I'd buy it again with out hesitation

This worked great for the first 4 months. After that I would have to hold the button down for it to work. Finally this past month it won’t even take a charge. I have had this since April which does not feel long enough for something to break down.

Piece of CRAP, weak motor, cheap plastic

The product worked well for about a month and now if it’s not on the charger it will not work.

Didn't think this bottle would be something I use this often! Its great mixing drinks and even with ice. Mine has been getting a workout and its holding up fine. Highly recommend if you take daily dietary shakes.

I use it at work for protein powder and it works great!
