Straken (Warhammer 40,000)

This was one of the worst 40K books I’ve ever read! The writer even seemed bored in his methodology. It’s a shame because the material had so much potential. I am huge fan of Gaunt Ghost and this was such a disappointment...waste of money...

Just another good action adventure in 40K, Straken is my main man!

What else can I say? I really enjoyed this book and I can highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys well written action!

Very nice read, enjoyed reading

My first time reading anything catachan and it's great. The detail is amazing and the Vietnam ish style of the catachans is fun

Perfectly pace, every character was unique and interesting. The action was brilliantly done. It was perfection and it demands a sequel and many more. I highly recommend this novel. Drop whatever you are doing and read this.

A rollocking space adventure with some of the Warhammer 40000 universe's best-loved characters. Could have been improved by letting the author use more of their own style; having read some of Toby Frost's other works, the hand of Games Workshop creative control does feel present in this story.

I love reading books and i have high standards and i have got to say this is one of the best books i have ever read, throughout the whole book i could picture everything, even tho the ending makes me mad (good mad) i strongly recommend to get this book

A very enjoyable book that is gritty and very well written. I only hope that more full length Catachan novels will be released in the near future with storylines on par with this.
