Seat clamp breaks after four months!
Update: Reducing rating because seat clamp broke! This issue is becoming widespread. Mine broke 8 miles out.Installation: I replaced my Orbea dropper with this one after the Orbea kept having wear issues and seizing up (I used it hard and a lot). It was super easy to install. I routed the new cable (not provided) through the grommet that came with the dropper, through the dropper lever, and down into the internal wired cable hose up into the lever mechanism pulled the wire tight until the dropper was in the correct position and then clamped it at the lever. It probably took about 10 minutes start to finish. I did have to adjust the height a couple of times to get it to top out at just the right fit for me. In hindsight I probably should have gone for a 180 or 200, but the seat still slams pretty low when its all the way down.Operation: Silky smooth, and pressure sensitive. The dropper rises faster if I push deeper into the lever. Easy to make it drop when needed, which I do a lot because I want this thing down on drops, jumps, dips, and sharp turns so I can get better position of the bike.Appearance: I cannot lie, there's definitely a bike bling factor involved here.Delivered: Two days early!!
