Adore the color, but I'll need to alter the length a little
After reading the reviews, I ended up choosing to get this in white. As others stated, it's not a cool white, more of a warm off-white like aged ivory as opposed to new (tea stained and peachy describe it well. So does 'the aging bones of my enemies', but that has less market appeal.) I bought a plain brown slip to pair with this, and am glad I did. Although, I may pick another one up in a very dark "java" brown (which in low light looks closer to black) after noticing how nice the dress color looked against the color of my sheets. So if you're looking for a cool tone white dress, this won't be what you want. Now for the cut. I was a little wary of sizing based on this being from china, so I actually got out the tailor's measuring tape (which is a great investment, seriously, They are cheap, and make ordering stuff like this less of a gamble.) Based on their listed measurements, I went with a large to accommodate adding a slip beneath (my measurements fit a medium better, but I wanted a little extra room ). It fits really well, although the shoulders are a little loose on me (which is fine, it means I can move around unhindered.) The way it's cut, the layered bottom hits just above my hips and would actually work really well paired with a corset based on where the stitching is. The one problem I have is that because of the alternating lengths of the bottom layers, the longest ones touch the ground when I'm barefoot (I'm 5'0 even.) So for us short ladies, heels of some form will be needed. I might actually hem (or just pin) up the bottom a little. There is some stretch in this lace (I was worried there would be none) so there's some wiggle room as far as sizing is concerned. All in all, quality isn't bad, and I really like the color. The only thing I'm a little iffy on is where it hits on the hips. Because the layer starts above the widest part of my hips, it makes them seem bigger. Which you can sort of see on the model if you zoom in and stare for a bit. The woman in the picture is standing in such a way that it hides that and makes the dress appear more streamlined. The tag says 60% "polyster" and 40% cotton, and the brand listed is Queen's Love.

Lovely dress!! Versatile dress up dress down
I first saw this dress on Free People for almost $100 then I found it on here, thought it was too good to be true but was cheap enough to give it a try. It is just like the one I saw elsewhere, it is made well, a good fit and soft. I prefer to wear it backwards, but that’s just because I don’t like high necklines. My mom liked it so much she bought 2 in size large, they didn’t fit her well… so if you’re a size 18 or higher I don’t recommend this dress. So now I have 3 beautiful dresses!

see-through dress
Sooo this is A) beautiful, B) fragile, but most importantly C) it DOESN'T COME WITH A SLIP PORTION.A) I ordered the green, and it was true-to-color with the product photo; pale, fresh, and frothy with lace. It makes you feel like the Fairy of Spring. As whimsical as one could ever hope.B) A connective point right at the top and center of the bodice, where the central seam meets the neckline hem, has had immediate issues; a 3-point separation that occurred during its first try-on, and before a rinse-off laundry run. It's a simple fix with needle and thread and ten minutes, which I'm going to use as an opportunity to add a fascinator that will cover the darn; but not everyone appreciates buying A Project.C) The slip portion of the dress pictured in the product photo is NOT included in your purchase. This was super lucky for me, as I was looking into a specific color combo and bought a long colored chemise to wear under it to peep through the transparent over-layer...but if you're looking at this as a simple dress, that you'd like to be able to wear chastely outside, ALERT! You need a full-body slip, and if you don't already own one or want to buy one, it may affect your decision to buy this piece.

Perfect Western Theme Outfit
I ordered this dress along with a cami dress to wear underneath for a western themed event. The dress fit me perfect! I'm 5'7" and weigh 125 lbs with bust 36d. The dress is more peachy-colored versus ivory. You can style it both ways. I have photos of the front with the high neck and the back with the v neck. I did attach a safety pin to the v-neck and cami in order to keep the cami from showing. I styled it with a holster, toy gun and some boots to complete the ensemble. Yeehaw!

Pretty darn close to FP but not quite the same.
I do own the Free People dress this one mimicks which is why I've only given this a 4 star review. Overall I am happy with the purchace but it does not quite compare to the real thing. For reference I am 5'10" 140lbs 36-27-36The differences:FP dress is a much softer and more stretchy lace than this. I presumed this lace would have the same give as the FP dress but ordered a size up just in case and am glad I did. If I would have gotten my usual size (small) I would worry about the seams or lace tearing. There is far less material on this dress than the FP dress. The torso is a bit shorter as is the skirt length. (This dress brushes around mid shin while the FP dress hits the tops of my ankles) This dress has two layers of tiered lace that makes up the skirt of the dress just like the FP dress however they use much less lace width wise which makes the skirt not as full.Despite the differences this dress is a darn good option for the price tag. Yes the quality isnt as good but the durability and look are pretty spot on. Honestly if I didnt own the FP one already I would habe rated this dress 5 stars.

com/Christian-Siriano-New-York-Dresses/dp/B01KEKJGE6 It's nice I guess
So I definitely didn't get the dress pictured above. That's honestly why this is getting ONE star.I'm not even sure where this thing came from.So I did a little digging and I got this https://www.amazon.com/Christian-Siriano-New-York-Dresses/dp/B01KEKJGE6It's nice I guess, not what I ordered in the slightest, but I was going to use it for a costume anyway, so it all works out. It's comfy and soft, thick enough to not have to wear any kind of slip or undershirt with it. Though I'm unsure about the durability of the fabric, so no clue how it will fair after one wash.
