Idk what you mean by uv tolerant but I've had them holding up chicken wire in the bottom of my fence to keep out pests for the last 4 years and only had to replace 4 so far (30+ used initially)

So how much weight can 1 zip tie hold? Im looking to zip tie my kettlebells together so it would be 30-40lbs total.

These zip ties are very rugged and in my opinion they should be capable of holding 40 pounds. Depending on how you attache the zip tie to your kettlebell you could perhaps use 2 zip ties.
