Great build, and the ports are solid and responsive. Note the screw that sizes the notebook will loosen with repetitive insertion.

This is an awesome little docking station with a clean look to it. For the price the build quality is amazing. The only detractor for me is that unlike the description and unlike the model on the manufacturer site this unit does not in fact support two screens as it lacks the second usb-c/thunderbolt port required for this. Otherwise this should work great for cleaning up a workstation with a vertical laptop design!

I got this for my MacBook Pro. I plugged two separate monitors in. One in the HDMI port and the other in the Display port of the adaptor. It only will work in a mirrored mode, meaning each screen shows the exact same images. I went to my display settings and only the screen connected to the HDMI port shows up. It looks like the display port and HDMI port are just a splitter and will not work in extend mode. I contacted the company but no one has responded.

This dock works absolutely perfectly for me. I have a MacBook Pro 2015 and a MacBook Air 2018 model at home and I wanted to have something that I could easily dock between both. I tested it without any add ones with my MacBook Air via the USB-C and it connected immediately and responded when I plugged in the HDMI cable to my screen as well as my USB for my mouse/keyboard combo. I wanted to push it a bit more and see if it would pick up my older Apple Cinema Display. I added a female USB-C to USB connector and plugged it into my MacBook Pro 2015 and then connected all my cables to it and WALA it worked. I was able to plug in my SD card that has a lot of my folders for school and they appeared without any issue, showing that even with the connector, it will respond and not give any error. Having my mouse plugged in, I did not notice any lag in response to it being plugged in but I am using macOS, so I cannot speak for Windows computers. I also love how easy it is for me to loosen and tighten the knob on the back to accommodate whichever computer I am working with. The dock overall is heavy enough to avoid movement and the base had rubber to ensure it does not slide.This dock gives me access to all the plug ins I need while keeping my desks clutter free. Before it was super crowded with my mac having to be open but now, I feel like it gives me the space I need. I honestly am going to be ordering a second one for my husband because this has everything we need. 10/10 awesome!

This is a sturdy and high quality USB C Laptop Docking station. I have a 2021 Macbook Pro and wanted a docking station where I could easy connect my Macbook Pro to a variety of devices such as a HDMI cable connected to my monitor, a USB doggle for my wireless keyboard and mouse as well as as an external hard drive.Looking at this docking station, its beautiful. It has a high quality feel to it. Its made of heavy aluminum and has all of the ports that you want. It features a single USB C connector for easy connection.The laptop goes in vertically and has a thumb screw to lockdown the laptop of moving around or sliding out. It features easy to access port of the front for HDMI, Ethernet, USB C PD charging, 2 USB 3.0 ports including 1 SD card slot. It has all of the ports that you need to connect your laptop to a wide range of devices.Even though its a beautiful, well crafted and well featured docking station, I gave it 3 stars due to the latency and lag that I got while using my wireless keyboard and mouse. I had the USB doggle in the USB 3.0 port in the docking station and when I would type, I would get a lag from the keyboard. There would be a delay and then the typed letters would show up.I tried my Apple USB C/Thunderbolt adapter with the USB 3.0 doggle inserted and there isn't any lag or slow down in typing.I can only surmise that the ITD ITANDA doesn't work well with Apple products which isn't a 100% surprise given the amount of testing and engineering work that Apple requires for accessories.Note: I haven't tried this with my Windows Gaming laptop so YMMV but for Apple Macbook Pros....3 stars.
