ARRIS Hot Cold Gel Pack for Wrist Wrap

The ice & the hot is very useful, especially the cold. Fits really well and I can still maneuver and do things with it.

I thought I was getting the gel packs and the brace but turns out I was only buying the gel inserts — 2 skinny little ice packs for $14 and they only stay cold for like 15 minutes tops! Very, very disappointed.

The refill packs are a little thin. There not as thick as the original ones you get with the brace. They don't stay cold very long.
