Christian Potier Hollandaise Sauce, 5.07oz, 3-Count (Pack of 2)

I ordered 2 boxes based on reviews that this was the best pre-made hollandaise available. I'd hate to taste the worst, if this is true. This is a simply dreadful sauce. The taste is almost acrid and this white sauce in no way resembles hollandaise. I drive a truck over the road and also cook in my truck. Loving eggs Benedict, I thought I'd give premade sauce a try because it's diffcult to make a good hollandaise in the truck, but if this is the alternative, I'll gladly go to the trouble of making my own.

I have been looking for a pre-made hollandaise that's easy to prepare and doesn't spoil. I love eggs benedict but unless you like to have a bunch of egg whites in your fridge that you don't always have something to do with, making hollandaise all the time just isn't practical. This sauce is, like I said, decent. Not the most flavorful I've ever had but there's nothing saying you can't add a dash of Tabasco or some lemon juice to your liking. They come in individual packs, with each pack containing enough for two eggs. 10 seconds in the microwave is all it takes to cook.

I adore these small packets of yummy Hollandaise sauce. They are super simple to use & don’t Require refrigeration all you have to do is tear the package open, stand it up right in a cup or glass then heat in the microwave for 10 seconds! That is it! Then serve it over your eggs Benedict or Asparagus etc.I recommend putting a few drops of fresh lemon juice in the sauce and mixing it gently as you Serve it. Granted it is not as good as Fresh homemade hollandaise but for 10 seconds is really awesome!

This is the most amazing hollandaise sauce that you can actually purchased already made!! I love making hollandaise; however, this makes preparation for a great eggs benedict breakfast SO much easier. The taste is delightful and I will keep buying this product. Absolutely no complaints here. Just remember that there is an expiration date due to the lack of preservatives. The ingredients are simple and healthy.

This genuinely tastes like Hollandaise sauce. I use it to make Eggs Benedict sandwiches for my eternally-starving teenage son. (Layers of ham/Canadian bacon and fried eggs topped with Hollandaise sauce on a croissant or bun.) I always have this stocked for those kinds of emergencies. I highly recommend this.

I have bought this in the past and it was delicious. This time, the packaging is different, even the name is slightly different and the product is terrible (not think and creamy like it used to be, has no flavor). And it's "not eligible for return". I would highly recommend not buying this.

Of the Hollandaise available from Amazon this has been the best, not only for consistency but for taste. To have a "nearly perfect" eggs benedict, this is a necessity unless you're willing to make Hollandaise from scratch.

These little packets are nice and convenient. Could be a litle more flavorful. Add a couple of drops of lemon juice, and they are great.
