Ok. So they changed the package. And I had to spend way more time then needed figuring things out and they raised the price a lot. Wow. I've been sipping on this in my water for almost 3 years. I often run out of a bottle and go a few months before buying a new one. But seriously. That's a lot of money for something you really don't think is working. But I'm gonna share what I notice.Less fatigue. Less muscle cramps. More clear mind. My puffy at that time of the month isn't so puffy. Some how when I put this in my water it keeps my stomach from getting acidic and I need less tums when I drink this with my water. I have less bowel issues. Meaning less gas and less diarrhea and constipation. That's just what I noticed. And my nails and hair grow like crazy when I put this in my water. I think my favorite it the slight change in water taste and drinking lots of water doesn't give me as much of a sick stomach.

These are great for postpartum moms to get minerals back after having a baby. The taste isn’t bad and I can tell a difference after taking them. I’ve taken them after both pregnancies.

I love this item but unfortunately this is the item I ordered but I received a different trace mineral when it was delivered. Disappointing!

makes my water alkaline. checked and went from 6ph to 7also after about 2 weeks i do feel more hydratedi am probably a costumer for life
