How good are the switches are they tactile or what do they feel and sound like?

Sound and feel mechanical, very clicky not quite like membrane. It's the old typewriter sound.

Will this work on android?

No it will not. It is connected via a small usb chip similar to a wireless mouse. It is mostly for PC users.

Deos it have a dongale

It has a USB plug which I guess is called a dongle. You plug that in to your PC and it connects through that. It's pictured in the main product picture if you'd like to see what it looks like.

Can this work on ps5? would it matter if is goes through usb 2.0 or 3.0?

I doubt it would. You may need to consider possibly getting a PC if you are considering this wireless one handed keyboard.
