These are made of 18/0 grade stainless steel, which is the lowest grade, and actually closer to 17% chromium. As ferritic steel It attracts a magnet strongly (see photos - no chance of the magnet falling off). Accordingly be sure to dry after washing, as spots will appear where water drops have dried. (4 month update) Product performing very well for the use intended and easy to clean. Still looking brand new.

Better than expectations.
These trays are sturdy & easy to clean. Yes, they will warp a little if you put them cold into a very hot oven, but they return to flat on cooling.

I will never go back to any other baking trays! Lovely to look as and cook perfectly and evenly. 5 stars ⭐️ They are larger than my old ones, may want to double check dimensions if you have a small oven.
