My husband snores really loud! I am always on the lookout for earplugs that will block him out.I bought these on the strength of the reviews, but while they're good I don't think they're worth the price. I think we're paying for the admitted very fancy packaging and travel container.The sound muffling was on a par with Macks "snore blockers" earplugs.Pros:Forms an airtight seal which does a very good job of dampening noise.Do not "push" at the ear canal like foam earplugs, so very comfortable. You hardly know they're in.Do not stick out enough to rub on the pillow.Easy to clean, so very reusable.I still woke to my alarm wearing them.Cons:The airtight seal means removing the earplug makes it feel like you're about to suck your eyeball into your skull. I used them for a week and never got better at it! This was the main reason I stopped using them.I can still hear my husband snoring. (This is most likely a "him" issue, not an earplug issue though. I'm probably hearing the bass through my bones not my ears.)Madly expensive.I'll keep them in my overnight bag for emergencies, and I'll bet they're great for live concerts.

I was so excited when it showed up. Such high hopes for sleeping despite my husband's snoring. I put them in right away...both sizes. Neither works. With them in tight I stood 2 feet from my husband and I could not only hear him, but I could hear the podcast he was listening to in his headphones (and it wasn't turned up particularly loud).

I got a second pair just in case the first set goes missing. These are the only earplugs that allow me to sleep. I adore them. I love my husband, but I think I loves these more because at least they allow me to sleep next to him ;-)

I am not a person who writes reviews. I have never been impressed or excited enough to go back and write one. Did not expect these ear plugs to be my first time, lol.I bought these ear plugs for two reasons: an upcoming concert, and the fact that I can’t sleep past 6 AM due to two construction sites surrounding my urban apartment. At the concert, they definitely did the job. I felt my ears were protected but I heard the music and everything clearly! 10/10 thereWhat I’m super excited about is the way these allow me to sleep. I was expecting them to dull the construction noise a bit, maybe enough so that I could ignore it long enough to fall back asleep. I underestimated these little guys!! I put these in and I heard exactly 0 noise. Nothing. No trucks backing up, jack hammers, men yelling. I heard my own breathing and that is it. If you have trouble sleeping due to noise, buy these!!I also have very sensitive hearing in general- noisy restaurants, children screaming, loud music can cause me serious ear/head pain. These ear plugs are subtle and I can wear them all around while still being able to interact with others. The little carrying case is super practical. I put it on my keys.I am a 23F and I use the smaller size (the clear ones) and gave the larger ones to my dad. He says they fit him too. I didn’t see a huge difference in the sizes though.TIP: you can sort of control how much noise they block. If you want very little protection, don’t put them in very far. If you need a lot of protection, you can put them in pretty deep with no discomfort, and no issues in removal. The little handle bit sticks out far enough that you will reach it.
