I am a chronic pain sufferer and have tried many different methods of relief. I have used Lidocaine, Biofreeeze, Capsaicin, Bengay, and many other creams. In this review I will give characteristics that have led to my mild dissatisfaction with the product.1) Only Provides Temporary Relief- If you have ever used capsaicin, you know that you can still feel the pain relief/burn the next day. This is not the case with this product. Relief lasts for around an hour or so which presents the need to reapply over and over again.2) Only Sufficient Relief- I would say this product provides a similar amount of pain relief as Bengay. It definitely does not reach the relief level of many other creams.3) The smell- There is definitely a strong odor that this product gives off and it is similar to Bengay but different. It isn't bad but it is strong.4) The cold- Because of this being a menthol based treatment the treatment will leave your body cold.I would hesitate to recommend this product, Shipping, packaging and the shipping Experience was excelent!
