I destroy phones. I drop them in rivers. I crash on rocks with them when mountain biking. They fall out of my pocket when chasing my dogs down the gravel driveway and the screen lands on a pointy rock right in between the pathetic silicone case and the tempered glass. For this reason for the last 14 years I have only bought used phones, some have survived longer than others but inevitably the last year or two I have a cracked screen, bent frame, and the internals work questionably.My Pixel 6 is the first new smartphone I've ever had and I wanted to get good protection. I've dropped it multiple times from 3.5 feet onto concrete. Phone is perfect, case is barely scuffed. There is a good amount of raised lip on the screen, not Otterbox Defender level, but this thing is far less chunky than that case. I did put a tempered glass screen protector on the screen and camera bar. One tip if you're going to do that is to put the case on and then put the front tempered glass screen protector on, using the internal frame as a guide. I didn't do that and my protector is a fraction of a mm off and the internal frame fits so tightly (that's a good thing) that one corner of the tempered glass doesn't want to stay down.I didn't use the included frame with the plastic screen protector, I prefer tempered glass that cracks and I can replace.This case is great, I highly recommend. Unbeknownst to me, my friend got the same case for his phone. He reports the same (and is hard on phones like I am). He's dropped it countless times and the phone is perfect, the kickstand still works, and it looks great.

I love this case and have purchased several over the years for my previous phones. It's strong, but not overly beefy. The issue I have with this one is the pixel 6 fingerprint sensor is on the actual screen. Poetic made the case compatible, however, the sensor doesn't always read throught the screen protector. In Poetic's defense they have several sets of instructions available, even though they are not identical (YouTube, package inserts).I did see a forum that advised to use an alcohol wipe on the underside of the cases fingerprint circle. Then use scotch tape inside out to super clean the fingerprint circle. This improved my fingerprint reading to about 75% from 10%.The case also comes with a frame that has no fingerprint reader also.

I've used these types of devices for years and have never had an issue. I just replaced a pixel 2 that looks brand new after 4 years.My biggest concern with the pixel 6 was the bump out, but this case protects it by make the back the same thickness as the bump. So low risk of that becoming a future problem.The other area of possible concern is around the front mount finger print reader. It's similar to other phones but it is a bit tricky with the screen protector. The screen protector has a specific spot for the finger print reader and that spot is protected by a sticker initially. Even being careful to remove the protection sticker, I still managed to get dust on it. I used some isopropyl alcohol to clean the fingerprint reader spot, but I know this is going to be a long term issue (dust and lint still get under these screens). The kit does come with a piece to use instead of the screen protector, so if the finger print reader really is annoying you could go without the screen. There's a few options here, so despite this being an issue, I feel like I have some options (clean with alcohol or go without the protector).The kickstand is also a nice feature that my previous cases didn't have. It works well on this phone because it's tucked in the height difference between the bump and without the bump.With all cases there's some signal interference, but this drop was only around (about 3-5db on band 12).Overall it's a solid case and with the options available I expect it to last as long as my previous cases.

Caution:The screen protector is not compatible with the Fingerprint sensor.With the screen protector on, pixel 6 rejects my fingerprint 90% of the time.But in their defense, unfortunately Google has implemented an Optical Fingerprint sensor, instead of an Ultrasonic like Samsung.So it's going to be darn hard for anyone to make a screen protector that is compatible with this new Optical Fingerprint sensor.I think the product maker already knew this, that's why they have provided 2 separate top cases, one with the screen protector and another without it.I'm not planning to return this, since the case is pretty strong and sturdy. It will definitely protect the phone from accidental drops. So just planning to use the top case without screen protector.I also tried their cleaning kit, but did not work for the screen protector.

I ordered a few cases to try for my new pixel 6. This was the most expensive and the worst quality.PROS- It works with fingerprints. BUT I would imagine the cheap plastic cover will scratch quickly and easily and no longer read your finger.CONS- Clunky, and not in a "feels bulletproof" kind of protective way, just awkward.Kickstand is flimsy and the slots that is slides in leave openings to allow dust and water into the case. I do like that it props vertically.Looks cheap. Hard to quantify, but it just looks and feels cheap.Poor camera protection. Aside from my screen I really want to protect my camera lens more than anything. This case is super thin and leaves the camera glass very close to the surface.Overall 3 out of 5. I think that the dust and things that will easily get into the case will do more damage than the protection it offers.

I like e case, yes it is a bit bulky but that should protect our from drops. I like the fact that it comes with two internal housings, one with the fingerprint reader and one without. I am using the one without, as the one with seems flimsy and not as good as the Glass one I have. The stand is good if you have the phone at portrait, but not ideal for landscape, as the viewing angle isn't ideal. Overall I give it 4 stars, with a few amendments it would be Five! 👍

this is great and the finger print reader works more than it doesn't. Word of warning, don't take the screen off to clean underneath it and expect the reader to work as it did, you know, like me. my fault though. should have read the darned instructions.

Just received my phone case for my Pixel 6! Fits perfectly! Appears to be well made,strong and durable. Comes with 2 screen protectors.I personally have had no issues with the finger print sensor for my phone with the screen protector attached. Phone is more chunky with it on bit what do you expect when you add 2 sides of protection. Would recommend

The flap over the charging socket doesn't close anymore, it's not2 weeks old yet, the biggest problem is, the finger print reader doesn't work.

Extremely well made and my phone feels super safer. Highly recommended for a Pixel 6
