As a manager and former lacrosse player this book really spoke to me. Jon Gordon does a great job sharing George's life and impact on those around him. This is not your standard leadership/teammate book with standard lesson and rationale; it stands a lone and had a much more profound impact than any other leadership book I've read. The stories really allow you to appreciate how much George's actions, effort, humility, and consistency made a genuine impact on those around him. Best part is you can take those lessons/stories and refine/apply it to your own style

This book is a wonderful tribute and teaching tool. I know that I will read this book over and over in order to remind myself what being a leader and teammate is truly about.
