JETSIR 4 Color Ink Refill Kit – Highly Recommended for HP 962XL Cartridges!
I purchased the JETSIR 4 Color Ink Refill Kit (100mL bottles with syringes) for my HP Officejet 9015e using the 962XL cartridges, and I’m very impressed — this kit is legit and works great! Here is some Food for Thought Key Details: Each HP 962XL cartridge holds about 10 mL of ink, which is the volume of the syringes provided, however if you can do more, just go like 1mL at a time until you start that little bit of ink overflow. When refilling, go very slowly with the syringe in like an angle (45 to 80 degrees) but with just enough pressure holding down the plunger to put the ink in to avoid overflow or ink leaking out. Going to feel like you are in an episode of CSI or Breaking Bad. After filling, make sure to let the cartridge stand upright with the refill port facing up for at least 2-3 hours. This allows the ink to properly soak into the internal sponge and prevents leaks. The included syringes make the process clean and easy, and use gloves and some kind of paper or plastic bag to catch any ink. Oh, an old ragged towel or paper towels should be kept on hand. Oh, and some gloves that you probably took on your last visit to the hospital will help out, other than that, you will have your hands looking like you fell asleep holding lucky charms marshmallows on a hot day. If you follow these steps carefully, this refill kit will save you a lot of money compared to buying new cartridges, and it works reliably with excellent print quality. Highly recommend for anyone with HP 962XL cartridges! But... there is that compatibility bit with the printer. Now I was able to get the Yellow and Cyan going, however, there was the fickle printer saying about its not compatible and you sure it was brand new, or you were sold a counterfeit one with a few "are you sure about that, be honest with me." Just go "nah" for all the options, but if you really want to, just factory reset your printer. Show that printer his eating your dollars days are numbered. What is the printer going to do about it, it won't remember a thing after you MIB Neuralyzer it.

Great product, easy to use and so much ink!
Looks like a great product. I had issues with my printer and cartridges, thought I could refill them with these, but sadly the printer didn’t cooperate. I bought a tank ink printer and will use these to refill. So much ink!

Works on HP3520 - a bit messy
JETSIR 4 Color Ink Refill kit . On HP 3520 inkjet Printer. I tried using just the black ink inside my original HP564XL cartridge. It was not working, meaning the printer was spitting out blank pages. However, after going through the printhead cleaning cycle three times, and wetting the cartridge' sponge before, the black ink now works like a charm! Will update the review after trying the color inks. The reason I am giving 4/5 stars is that it is a bit messy but I guess it compensates for the price. Prepare your space and use gloves!

High Quality Ink and Easy to Refill HP Cartridges
Well, I had HP block some new off-brand cartridges I had stored for a while and finally needed. So, I decided to see if I could reuse the old ones. I bought this refill kit and it was incredibly easy to do. I just removed the seal off of the bottles, took off the secondary cap and let the ink drip on the sponge until it was saturated. Printer worked just fine afterwards and I was able to carry on with my day.

BAD PRINTING
printing was terrible. Replaced with hp and everything worked fine. Do not buy this ink. I just threw mine away. I have to say more. I have an hp 8710 printer which uses hp952 cartridges. I learned that my printer can use pigment as well as dye ink. The ink comes in a bottle marked CN which I think stands for Canon which uses sublimation ink. The prints on white copy paper were washed out. After about a month and a half of using yellow an black I tried to use magenta and cyan. The printing was all streaked. In any case these colors gummed up my print head. Could not get rid of the clogs on cyan and magenta. Had to purchase a new print head at $100. I found that SmartInk had a coupon and a 7% discount so I buy compatible 952 cartridges from this company on Amazon. Their ink prints really nice and contains a detergent so as not to cause print head clogs. I buy their compatables because I have been burned by other compatable cartridges that streak when printing certain colors. You have to find a supplier that works for you and the ink does not looked washed out and streaky. SmartInk is in california and sold on Amazon. Inks are not simple. Bad ink will damage your printhead depending on the type of printer you own. This ink might work great in a Canon printer model. For my Hp 8710 printhead it was bad news. It's like you have to experiment with different vendors. Compatibles are OK by me as the refill process is messy. Also I just don't trust some of these ink suppliers on Amazon because they do not say what type of ink they are selling and what are its spefications. For example Epson DuroBright Ultra ink is a proprietary blend of dye and pigment inks. You can save a lot of money by buying and refilling but I just do not want to experiment with inks I no nothing about. I read reviews and that is how I learn what works and is good quality. I hope this review helps others with an HP 8710 printer.

Pennies on the dollar purchase and comparable quality to the brand ink!
It took me some time to figure out how to correctly fill each color and black cartridge as the mLs are the search topic to be sure not to overfill the color tanks and unfortunately bleed into the filters which cannot be remedied. After watching several videos (the directions were USELESS) I’m still learning with the color cartridges I have, but black ones I’m a pro at now. I would say for sure order color backups because after 3-4 times of filling the same color cartridge, the hole in the sponge the needle depresses into will not hold ink and it becomes dripping out the bottom. So yes a HUGE money saver, but not for filling the same cartridges of the color more than 3-4 times. But I would have already spent $350-$400 on new cartridges if I didn't have this kit. My college classes require a lot of printing and this is by far the best small investment I have ever made! I have not had any problems with color density, accuracy. The first time I bought this kit, the yellow bottle leaked at some point before it got to me which was a large enough amount that it obviously saturated the outside of the cardboard box but the volume difference was not more than maybe an mL or 2. The second time I ordered it was all clean and stated parts in the description were all there without damage. Overall, if you want to save some hefty investment costs in one of the most expensive hp cartridge type for an inkjet printer, save an empty cartridge or two for practicing and you will be surprised how much thicker your wallet will be when you can refill your printer cartridges. Hp, better lower the price for theirs or they’ll find their left with a pile of back-stock once people catch on to this MASSIVE cost saver!!

Worked well for a few months, then cyan quit-Three HP 78XL Cartridges for unknown reason
This ink is at a great price, and I am very pleased with the colors. BUT unfortunately, the cyan became week or quit after a few months in all three cartridges that I’ve refilled. This seems like too much to be coincidence. I’m not sure if it clogged or what. Sucking out an ounce of ink back through the jets sometimes helps, but the problem soon comes back. Also, a tip/caution – HP black cartridges such as the 45 require pigmented ink, not dye based like this. Dye based inks simply cannot produce nice dark blacks with these cartridges. You’ll need to buy pigmented ink separately. UPDATE 3-JUL-18: Customer service contacted me to offer help after I posted the review above. They suggested that I may have had a defective item, and offered refund or replacement even though it has been almost a year. I appreciated that and added 1 star. I really don’t know for sure whether the issue was with the ink or the cartridges I was refilling. However I suspect it may be the ink because I didn’t seem to have this problem when I used InkTec refills (which are no longer available.) Since new HP 78’s are now $60 and 78 XL’s are $90, I don’t want to take any chances and want to refill them as many times as possible. So this time I ordered some professional ink (several times as expensive) as an experiment to see whether or not that works better. But I won’t know for at least a year since I’m starting with a new cartridge and won’t be refilling for a while.

Works like a charm
Bought this for my HP Deskjet 2540 printer. Proper value for money. Inks are compatible. Print quality is good. Refilling is easy but time consuming. Just follow the instructions that come in the box. Just remember to use the hp printer software to clean and align the cartridges after refilling them.

5 Stars before I have even used them?
I'm giving the company 5 stars for their service and for how well the order was packed. I haven't added the ink to my cartridges yet but I don't see that I will have any issues. If this works I will have a lot of ink for quite a while and for my HP printer that I love and has worked flawlessly for a number of years across Windows, MacOS as well as Linux. You get a lot for your money and well worth the price if the ink can be used on your own cartridges.

Not really effective
Precisely followed instructions, watched the videos etc and also bought the cartridge holder to be extra sure of refilling technique. But still print quality is poor using refills.
