Good consistency, quality and low on sugar comparatively in lesser price
This is for hazelnut flavour - The consistency, packaging, and sugar content was perfect(sugar content can still be slightly lesser). But I did not get the favlour of hazelnut much. Overall quality seemed good. You are doing a good job by offering good quality with lesser sugar content and more flavour options as compared to other big brands, just try to increase the flavour more and reduce sugar even more and do advertise yourself on these factors. I see great potential of success and good competition to brands like tiggle and country bean who are charging more money.

Does not taste like authentic hot chocolate
Not enjoyable. Weird taste and not the best texture either. Worst hot Chocolate we have tried from Amazon.
