Q: Who sells Cardnial charm for pandora bracelet?

The item is made in China but Ganz is a Canadian company that has a branch in Georgia, which is where the cardinal comes from (according to the story paper that comes with the charm). I love mine. It's substantial for being so small and reminds me of my mom. In your question you mention a pandora bracelet. My charm has no holes at all so I'm not sure how it would fit on a bracelet, if that's what you want it for, but as a charm it's lovely and I would recommend it.

Q: If this is painted zinc, is it unbreakable and relatively heavy? I know it's very small so not really "heavy." Also, has anyone had the paint chip?

It is approx as heavy as 2 quarters ($.25) I feel if you dropped it on a hard surface it may break. The tail is thin so I think it would break off. I also feel that it is painted well. Mine has no chips at all. ONE THING... it says charm. Mine is NOT a charm for a bracelet, there is NO ring to attach to anything. If you are looking for a charm for a bracelet this is not what you want.

Q: Is the cardinal flat on one side, or is it fully dimensional? I want to place it in a piece of stained glass and need it flat.

Fully dimensional...sorry not flat, only on bottom allowing him to sit.
