I thought it will remove the cracks from heel but its not it only soften the heel

In first look it’s good not sure how long lasting it will be

There is no pain relief, if not pain relief so no comfort for me. Yas in softness they are becouse of do called silicon. That is a totally misleading claim. They are good for cracked heels, probably. But not good for heel pain. When you use them they streched and become like thin rubber and no cushioning for heel. In product's photos they show some transparent strip both sides but the item I get that have nothing like that .
