I take this stuff every night before bed (on an empty stomach because they're not kidding- you WILL get nauseated if you've eaten recently). On days when my sugar levels have been high, I take an extra one. Since a holistic doctor recommended this, my rate of yeast infections has gone WAY WAY down. Like, less than 4 a year, generally. I was averaging one or more a month previously. My body just doesn't process sugar well, and despite my diet being nearly sugar-free, ANY increase from my daily levels would cause me to get a yeast infection which would go systemic in less than 12 hours. This product works better than others for yeast control
