Q: Does it fit on any dispenser?

Hello, Unfortunately, there is no one size fits all as there are different bottle sizes and screws standards. This pump fits 28/400 standard bottles. This standard is used in most of the soda drinks on the market, so you can do a test if a soda cap fits your dispenser, then this pump is the right one for you.

Q: Is the metal spout (where soap comes out) welded to the metal pump top or is it just stuck in there? (My current pump spouts just keep falling out)

Hello, it is not welded, but it shouldn't fall normally. You can try to stick it and don't be afraid to push hard, but before that, you need to wash the pump head with water so that there is no soap inside the little hole where the spout goes. Q: Can I buy replacement tubes?

You should be able to find some by searching "tubing for soap pump" or "soap pump replacement tube". If you can't find ones that are already sized, you can always buy a tubing extension kit & cut it to the right size. Hope that helps!
